        Meritocracies energise healthy competition between citizens in the form of a winners vs loosers landscape. Members are rewarded relative to their contribution to the market relative to other members. In the US, Australia and UK for instance, this provides incentive for citizens to contribue to the society they are part off for more positive outcomes in healthcare, technology and education

        Naturally individuals are unable to thrive under the capitalistic agenda. Success in western society therefore is determined by the ability of individuals to undergo a sense of moral reformation which can bring out some of the more sour aspects of human kind

        A sense of solidarity which requires us to give rights to one another. We have to have solidarity to each other and to some grander social and political scheme to make it work
