A brand's impact can be large, the more consumers viewing the advertisement, the more opinions and impressions can be formed. Being observed by an audience means a brand has to be responsible for their choices and mindful of what they are trying to achieve with their content.
avoiding discrimination
Having an audience and a positive impact means being inclusive of everyone. Avoiding any type of bias and/or discrimination is extremely important.
transparency
providing all of the information a customer or client needs to know, e.g side effects of a product, disclosing all information that is relevant. To be avoid misleading the audience in any way.

Volatile Organic Counpounds (VOCs) are used in the process of creating paper. The problems with sustainability when producing paper include: water pollution/ contamination, deforestation, bulk chemical use, production of greenhouse gasses, energy wastage.
ink and solvents
Problems with Ink and solvent production include: The use of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium and barium causing health issues and toxic fumes/ contamination when exposed to the natural environment.
digital design
Digital design may not include the production of solid prints or products, however, it still comes with environmental impact: One of the largest problems is electronic waste, emitting toxic chemicals like mercury, lead and cadmium into the environment along with electricity production emitting greenhouse gasses and being one the leading causes of global warming.
