Whether or not a chatbot is accurate, one thing for certain, a chatbot is more or less consistent in its response - i.e. the chatbot is consistently right, or the chatbot is consistently wrong.
For example, if you ask the Changi Airport chatbot questions about another airport, it will consistently give you an incorrect response - because it is not set up for that purpose. Hence, one thing we can be sure, is that unlike the real life wherein we can be served by multiple human agents who could give varying responses, chatbots are consistent in their response (but whether it is "consistently right" or "consistently wrong" is another issue altogether).
