More human-like bot
- Go to setting icon, ML settings, enable agent validation and train and save
- To make chatbot more human-like, go to small talk on left side in digiflow and enable
- Under validation on the left side, you can see the error, warning and info of the chatbot
- Press training on the left side to see all the conversations the customer has with the chatbot. Can also be viewed in history
- To train the bot better, click on the conversations and click tick if the bot has correctly match the intent, if not you can click on the intent to reassign it.

How to make
- In digiflow, click on Intent on left side and create more intents and input training phrases and responese
- To add follow-up intent, go to intent on left side and hover over the specific intent
- To create entities, click on entities on left side and create entity then input the follow-up words from the customer, Go back to the specific intent and under actions and parameters, input parameter name, entity (@ <entity name>), value ($<entity name>), and include prompts. Highlight the words from the training phrases and press the entity and in the responses change the words to $<entity name>
- To use chatbot in telegram, search BotFather in telegram, start, /newbot, input name and username fot the bot. Copy the token, go to digiflow intergrations and choose telegram and paste the token.
