Assessment
Associated Symptoms - Breathlessness, palpitations, dizziness or swallowing difficulty
Exacerbating /Relieving factors: on exertion, on inspiration
Radiates to jaw, arms or back, localised

Acute onset, Central or band like chest pain
Previous history of chest pain or investigations, Social history, PMH - Respiratory, Gastroenterological, Musculoskeletal, history of Trauma and Anxiety/Depression

Blood Glucose, Lipid Profiles, U&E's

FBC, TFT, LFT and Amylase, CRP/ESR

Management
Admit to hospital - Tachypnoea, Tachycardia, Systolic BP <90mmHg/Diastolic <60mmHg, O2 <92%, Central cyanosis, Altered level consciousness and Or raised Temperature

Refer within two weeks - if suspected ACS /no pain 72hrs, if suspected Malignancy, Lung collapse
