Push on shoulder, gripping with wrist
If cant get hand in, twist shoulders inwards
If he holds real tight, use other shoulder to create space (put shoulder on ear)
Wrist control
One hand
turn wrist/arm in, elbow towards, going through hole in grip
Two hands/baseball grip
Strip one hand (top hand) by pulling in the gap in the grip, then can strip other hand using one hand method

2-on-1
Push head away, pull arm out
Underhook
Back away, go down make arm limp, turn it over, elbow past shoulder.
Frame chest, control wrist
Deep underhook, when escaping arm turn and face him as he would be near back

Early Defense

Sprawl when head and arms are beaten, if opp keeps posture stuff head to break it
Can use head to stop tkdown, also frees hands for set ups
Keep pressure on head with hips and clear legs of opps hands by wiggling back, can also strip grips with hands
Strip grips by pulling elbow up or shoulder away from you, when pulling shoulder have to switch base and apply pressure with hip on the shoulder
Mid to Late Defense
Mid Double Leg

Use hips to apply pressure to head, move body to head

Late Double Leg
Lift chin up and push with palm then change off to other hand, can push without lifting up palm but have to arc hips in to create space to do so

If opp still has grip on legs, need to wiggle back legs into sprawl, other hand not under shoulder can peel other hand off
