this idea is extrapolated to argue we must respect/hold scared bodies of others

to the unrighteous a "ressurection of commendation" (John 5:28-29)
Justice based on actions (expectation of right behaviour) -> honouring the inherent dignity of all peoples (1 Peter 2: 16-17)
Ressurection of Jesus = basis for future human ressurection (1 Corinthians 15:42-50)

Humans have inherent value and are sacred (Genesis 1: 26-28)
Human dignity is cornerstone of the Catholic Social Justice Teachings - where dignity cannot be taken away
Foundation of CST: dignity of everyone, independent of ethinicity, creed, gender, sexuality, age or ability
No human being should have dignity or freedom compromised
Poverty, hunger, opression and injustice make it impossible for live a life corresponding with this dignity
Human dignity is foundational for human rights - HR based of HD
Seen in UDHR, eventhought it is not a Christian document
Jesus - Incarnation etc, examplifies HD
