Present perfect
The future with clauses of time
also use present perfect after the time word
(when,as soon as,after,once)
to emphasise the action will happen before the other action
I'll call you when I finish work
I'll call you when
I've finished work
The second one emphasises that the finishing will happen before the calling, not at the same time.
for things with a present result
We can choose present perfect for an action that is finished but has a present result
tends to be ones talk about a change
I've eaten
lunch (so I'm not hungry)
She's lost
her keys (so she can't get into her house)
She lost her keys
means the whole situation has already finished
more common in the UK than the US and it's optional.

Present perfect continuous
to talk about continuous actions that have recently finished
this doesn't mean it's complete and finished
She's been excercising.
(That's why she wearing her gym clothes)
We're not certain that she's finished workout.
*It's been raining! (And now there are puddles but it isn't raining now.)
to talk about something just finished
I've been singing
I've sung
(sounds like life experience)
to show that the actions are still not finished
I've cleaned
the kitchen (It's all clean now)
