Speed/Distance/Time
Time = Distance / Speed Marlow runs walks at a pace of 6m/s. How long does it take him to walk 24m?
24m / 6m/s = 4s

Just because an object is not moving, doesn't mean there isn't a force acting upon it
-
Always write forces as F__ eg. Fpush, Fdrag etc.
Force = Mass x Acceleration If a 40kg wolf is falling at the speed of 13m/s, what is the amount of force that is acting upon it? 40kg x 13m/s = 520N
Mass = Force/Acceleration. A ball is floating down a river at 6m/s with a force of 30N. What is the balls mass?
30N / 6m/s = 5g
Acceleration = Force/Mass A fish is swimming in a lake. It's push force is 60N and it has a mass of 6g, how fast is he swimming? 60N / 6g = 10m/s
Mass/Gravity/Weight
Weight = Mass x Gravity. A shoe has the mass of 300g on Earth (9.8N/g). What is the weight of the shoe?
300g x 9.8N/kg = 2,940N
Mass = Weight / Gravity. My cat has is 5kg (5000N) on Earth (9.8N/g). What is his total mass?
5000N / 9.8N/g = 510.2g
Gravity= Weight/Mass. If a ball weighs 50g on Earth, and has a mass of 10g, what is the gravitation strength of Earth? 50N / 10g = 5N/g
Weight is measured in newtons (N) because it is a force, a downwards force due to gravity.
