One Month Prior To Event Date, Specialty Events - Coggle Diagram

- - - - guest speaker's slideshow/presentation should include at least an about them section including their linkedin and current place of work
- - - - send invitation via email to speaker including date, time, location if necessary, zoom link, and include a thank you at the end of the note
        
        send out event running order + organize any physical or online materials needed for the event.
    - - contact club speaker and get their presentation sent to Ashley and Nicole for accountability

        all Events Team members are required to be at the event unless notifying Ashley & Nicole at least 3 days in advance - our goal is to support our club members, but also each other on the events team.
