ISO
ISO can help companies satisfy their customers, meet requirements and improve their company.
ISO standards are based on seven different categories for quality management principles, that managers can use for improvement
Quality management principles: Customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, Improvement, Evidence based decisions making, and Relationship management
Malcom Baldride National Quality Award (MBNQA)
There are six categories for that the MBNQA category can be given in, these categories are: Manufacturing, Service Company, Small Business, Education, Healthcare, and Non-Profit.
The seven criteria categories are: Leadership, Strategy, Customers, Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management, Workforce, Operations, and Results.
One of the criteria for the MBNQA is leadership, this is because it shows how managers are able to lead an organization.
ASQ
There are many different certifications you can get including: Certified Manager of Quality/ Organizational Excellence, Certified Supplied Quality Professional, or Certified Quality Improvement Associate.
Exam fees can be upwards of $500, but current ASQ memebers will recieve a $100 discount on exam fees.
An ASQ certification is proof that an individual is proficient within a certaing field

Strategic and Systematic Approach: Helps a company achieve the organizations vision, mission, anf goals
Process-Centered: A process of taking steps to take input from suppliers and transform them into outputs to be delivered to customers

Fact-Based Decision Making: Data on a companies performance that will tell them how well they are performing.
Customer Focused: The quality of your product is determined by the customer
Communications: Involves trategies, method, and timeliness

EFQM Excellence Award
Organizations that enter EFQM will get feedback that helps them understand where they are lacking
EFQM applicants will gain an understanding pf the intelligence tools that EFQM offer, as well as applying them to their organization.
Organizations that enter EFQM will gain international visibility for being recognized by EFQM
