Objective
Evaluate the effectiveness of a fully automated mobile health (mHealth) intervention in improving positive mental health and reducing anxiety and depression among Swedish university students.
Outcomes
Significant increase in positive mental health in the intervention group compared to the control group.[ Measured by the Mental Health Continuum-Short Form (MHC-SF) ]
Significant reduction in depressive and anxiety symptoms in the intervention group. [ Measured by the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) ]
