Set Site/In person meeting: - let them walk me around the space and ask questions, make statements, we review their views, their flow in relation to their goals, the general quality of workmanship, we speak more about aesthetics and some sustainable strategies we could see being used to elevate their prject
Proposal
Site Survey, this is a study of the existing conditions in part for drawing production but also for getting an intimate feel of the space
PINTEREST Inspirational Images and PLANS, taking our conversation we try (3) options within the aesthetic umbrella making them as different as possible. We ask the client to react to all (3) rather than choose 1
Take client reactions and narrow to 1 or 2 other options, aesthetics and floor plans are linked for us as together they create the PARTI
Depending on Project Size we sometimes bring consultants at this point. Shades, AV, MEP, Structural, Expediter (in NYC), We have already discussed with the client their needs/interests -- typically have a good idea of which consultants to bring introduce
We continue with Lighting Plans and Elevations, choosing light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, tiles. In these options we typically have the same "plan" organization but will offer different finish options to further define the PARTI
