Elizabeth Cady Stanton; calling for the Women's Rights Convention in Seneca Falls in July of 1848, setting in motion a series of events that gave all women the right to vote. At the meeting Stanton introduced her Declaration of Sentiments, modeled on the Declaration of Independence, which detailed the inferior status of women.
Susan B. Anthony; Advocated for, gathered thousands of signatures on petitions, and inspired people to help women's suffrage.
