Adjectives
before a noun

Adverbs
Adverbs of manner
tell us how an action is done
-ly,-ily,irregular
good-well,fast-fast,late-late
well
can be an adjective means "healthy"
usually use adverbs at the end of a clause.
Adverbs of frequency
tell us how often something happens
always,sometimes,never,usually
use before the main verb, after the 'be' verb
ex) We
never
eat breakfast
He is
always
hungry
use longer phrases like
once a week/day/month/year
These phrases go at the end of the sentence or clause.
Adverbs of degree
say how completely something happens.
use
really,quiet
before main verb.
use
a lot,much
go in end position, use
much
with negative sentences.
can't come between a verb and it's adjectives
