Grounds for voluntary inhibition of judges
(1) His pecuniary interest or that of his spouse, child or anyone related to him within the 6th degree of consanguinity or affinity
(2) Pecuniary interest as a heir, legatee, creditor
(3) Cases in which he has been executor, administrator, guardian, trustee or counsel or;
(4) Cases which he has presided in any inferior court when his ruling or decision is the subject of review without the written consent of all parties in interest, signed by them and entered upon the record
