Tourists don't put in much effort yet they try to be sustainable and respectful to the area they go to, local businesses try to promote themselves as the more authentic experience, environmentally conscious individuals work with what they have to for being sustainable.

Tourists being disrespectful to the area, local businesses seeing (and even experiencing) many preferring foreign businesses which leave them forgotten as well as the lack of options for environmentally conscious individuals.

By creating an application which helps ensure the safety, comfort, and sustainability of the trip

Persona:local Malaysian who both travels and owns their own business in a famous area in Malaysia

Unmet Need: they’re unable to conduct their work as a businessman who's trying to sell local products to keep his business afloat, and even when travelling he has a disdain for most who do not respect the area they visit be it through throwing trash randomly or other non sustainable practices which dampen his excitement in going to the area.

Interesting fact/discovery:we need to create and promote sustainable practices through an accessible and easy way which comes in the form of an app you could download which considers incentives and affordable choices.
