Will
Both are almost same meaning
often use ‘will’ for things we decide while we’re speaking or just before.
A: We don't have any milk.
B: Oh really? I'll get some.
A: We don't have any milk.
B: I know. I'm going to get some.
use ‘going to’ for things we have already planned, so we decided before now.
