1.Upper Arm
Biceps
Location: The biceps brachii is located on the front of the upper arm between the shoulder and the elbow.
Function: It is responsible for flexing the elbow and rotating the forearm.
Massage Techniques: Use deep effleurage and kneading to relax the muscle. Apply friction and trigger point therapy to release knots and tension.
Triceps
