The web application must follow the usability principles and accessibility guidelines to create a good user experience.
Inputing, utilising, and accessing the data on the website must be easy for the users to navigate around the web application.
Have the website easily accessible so that anyone with any technology capabilities are able to navigate their way around the website with ease.
The colour palette and layout of the page must be similar to the Brisbane City Council one to allow users to know that it is a reliable website and correlates with it too.
Include features that allow those with learning impairments would be able to access the website just as easy as anyone else.

When users search for parks and/or specific park features, they are able to locate the closest available park.
Display the address of the selected park
Having user interaction by allowing them to post/upload images and/or comments about the park and its facilities.
Users must also be able to upload a rating of their experience with the park and its facilities
