We need to help fix Bob's problem, not WHAT WE THINK BOB"S PROBLEM IS
Once we know the problem, we can sell the solution. So every time Bob buys there's something that Bob needs to fix in order for Bob to be happy. And that's the way Bob views the world. If the world is broken there are external factors in Bob's life or issues that need to be fixed, Bob cannot be happy unless Bob fixes the world. So bob isn't interested how we see the world, Bob only interested with the problems he sees in the world
Once we understand that everything we want to market, can be marketed based on this fundamental concept.
