How quickly can you boost your cardiovascular health?
How?
A healthy diet
Provides the nutrients need to pass through the blood and to all muscle's, organs, and other areas of the body.
Frequently exercising
This improves cariovascular endurance which improves the effeicntly of how well the heart pumps blood
Quit and avoid smoking and second hand smoke
Has an impact of healthy lungs meaning the process of transferring the oxygen will be more effective
Manage a healthy cholesterol rate
Allows the blood flow throughout the veins to be more efficient. Too much LPD (bad cholesterol) can block the veins or arteries as it is a thick waxy substance.
Manage healthy blood pressure
High blood pressure can cause the heart to work too hard and lose strength. Furthermore an unhealthy blood pressure can lead to heart disease.
Limit alcohol consumption

Maintain anxiety, stress and a good mental health
This maintains a healthy and good resting heart rate and doesn't put the body at stress as anxiety can commonly cause the body to go into survival mode.
Quickly?
How quickly can cardiovascular health improve
There have been numerous studies that discovered that people improved there cardiovascular endurance by 4% - 13.5%. They measured this by participating in sprint activities 3 times per week for 2-8 weeks.
This shows how the cardiovascular system can easily be improved as it is a muscle.
Boost?
How can we know if our cardiovascular health has boosted?
Measure heart rate
Blood tests
Vascular Studies
No chest pain or difficulty breathing when performing physical activity
Cardiovascular health?
Circulatory and cardiovascular system
The efficiency of your heart muscle when pumping blood
The arteries and blood vessels
The efficiency of transferring nutrients and oxygen to all around the body.
The state (health) of how well blood is pumped and transferred
How well cardiovascular endurance is
