Camping
storage of food
Storage of cooking food is problematic as it would take up space and from DofE expeditions I have taken part in it makes me think about how every time I go to cook some food I end up pulling out squished and food that has either been eaten or water has gotten in and if there were a way where I could put in food without it being a victim to any of these would be great for anyone that goes camping for expeditions or for fun.
ability to cook the food
Cooking food without a kitchen is challenging which is why there should be a way for people to cook food as they would at home but with the same ability to fit this item in their bag. Cooking on camping trips are also problematic because there is the trouble of storing equipment as well such as knives and any other regular use kitchen equipment.
equipment functionality
the way the tools function can be determined by the weather and if they rust from the weather causing them to be thrown away. if there were a way to preserve equipment without them being compromised to weather that weakens it or if it gets blunt over time.
weather conditions
as mentioned the weather conditions are very crucial to think about as they are able to destroy any equipment like knifes and a fish slice or even the cooking equipment such as a gas cooker.
sustainability
When camping the goal is not to have a product that you use one and throw away the next day as they may not work in the first place which is why it may be problematic for the environment as there is no place to through away lets say a disposable BBQ if it doesn't work it will be thrown in a bush or just left where they camped which is harmful to the environment and ruins these camping spots.
storage
Foods best before dates
This is important because it means that chefs need to be buying their food appropriately to how much food they may sell and if they over buy they will throw a lot of food away and if they underbuy it places a bad image on the business. For home cooking best before dates are important as over buying food and people not eating it is bad but compared to a business it doesn't compare that much as the business are supplying food for a whole range of people they cant determine.

Stress
Professional chefs
Professional chefs will experience a lot of stress if a customer sends back food or if they accidentally forget that they is an allergy that was mentioned. These things happen regularly and they chefs are at fault most of the time which is why the chefs will be the most stressed in these situations. A way to ensure that there are no mistakes like this would be very beneficial to the entire industry let alone one singular business.
Christmas dinners
Christmas dinners are very stressful for the individual cooking them as there is a lot of different parts to a Christmas dinner. this would make one think that a product that would help an individual cook multiple things at once so that they don't have to put 2 trays in an oven and they are able to cook multiple things without the cost of an extra oven or another set of hand to reduce the stress of waiting for something to do another and having everythi8ng more under control.
Resteraunt owners
Restaurant owners will be very stressed in commercial cooking as they done know how busy a day will be and they might have prepared too much food and would require them to through it away or maybe they haven't got enough food and they will need to start closing the kitchen and in doing so would be essentially turning down money which is the last thing restaurant owners want to be doing.
Dangers
knifes and sharp objects
sharp knifes with cooking can be problematic because it involves skill and precision, and sometimes people will try and chop fast in a hurry and that is when most injuries with sharp knifes occur. another time where sharp tools in cooking injure you such as grating any item which is a very sharp and where a lot of other injuries happen.
Hot pans
hot pans are problematic in cooking because even though the handle isn't under the heat sometimes it gets hot and burn the user or even trying to drain pasta where the handles are too hot and too heavy to hold makes it harder to bring pan to the sink and drain it.
Out of date food
I have researched many different dangers with food and there was a lot of information about the bacteria that is given off by the food such as salmonella. which can be caused by cross contamination where raw meat such as chicken could touch fruit and when a person eats the fruit they are digesting bacteria.
