PD submits New ACE User request form in ServiceNow
IT Technician is assigned the Task.
Support Tech picks up the Task and verifies approval from PM/PD and user information is provided
Account is created and access is granted
A welcome email is sent to the user on the email provided by the PD/PM according to access needed

The support technician is not able to create an account until both Rules of Behavior and Security training are submitted by the end-user.
The support technician sends the external user a welcome email to complete security training and Rules of Behavior from Sharepoint.
