What is Hydrogel
A hydrogel is a biphasic substance made of porous, permeable solids and at least 10% by weight or volume of interstitial fluid, which is entirely or primarily constituted of water. This produces a gel-like product with a high water content, frequently exceeding 90% of its weight. Hydrogels can be made from natural or synthetic polymers and are utilised in a variety of applications, including biomedicine, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and personal care goods.
