Super high:
Severe dermatoses, nonfacial, nonintertriginous, extensor. <4 WEEKS.
Medium to High:
Flexural (short time), nonfacial, nonintertriginous. <6/8 WEEKS
Low:
Face, eyelid, genital, intertriginous. 1-2 WEEK INTERVALS
