Financial Wrap Up
Need to close all finances related to the event – payment to service suppliers; transfer of excess revenues from event account back to the event owner (event financial statements will need to be presented to the senior management)
Event Wrap Up
- Closing the file on the event
- Ensure all thank you emails are sent out – attendees, stakeholders and even service suppliers (where relevant)
- Decision on what to do with the remaining collaterals from the event (store, dispose, giveaway etc)
