Rosacea
Description
Chronic condition located at flush areas of face, papules and pustules superimposed on telangiectasis
Triggers
Alcohol, Sunlight, Hot beverages, hot and spicy food, It can flare rosacea
Types

Rhinophyma
Facial erythema, scaterred papules and pustules on forehead, cheeks, and chin

Traetment
Long term therapy, avoid triggers, and advise sunscreen usage
Pharmacological
Bromonidine Gel, metronidazole cream, Azelaic Acid, Ivermectin Cream

Ocular rosasea needs lubrication, topical or oral antibiotics
Drug Hypersensitivity
Exanthematous
Red-pink maculuse,a nd symmetrically distributed red macules and papules
Aminopenicillins, cephalosporins, allopurinol
Urticaria

Aminopinicillins, cephalosporins, NSAIDs, contrast
Management
-
Supportive treatment: Rest, hydration, steroids/antihistamines for pruritius
Vitiligo
Description
-
Most common around eyes, mouth, hands and feet, elbows, kneews
Treatment
Very difficult to treat, but can be treated with sun protection, topical coriticosteroids, phototherapy
