Amenorrhea
Primary amenorrhea: the failure to ovulate by the age of 13 in the absence of normal development and secondary sexual development, or by the lack of ovulation by the age of 15 in the case of persons with female genitalia.
Secondary amenorrhea: The lack of menses in women who had previously been menstruation for more than six months.

Infertility
Fecundability: The capacity to conceive. A complicated series of processes, including ovulation, fertilization, and implantation into a viable uterine cavity, are necessary for a successful pregnancy.
Infertility: The inability to conceive after a year (12 months) of consistent, unprotected sexual activity.
Primary infertility: Those who have never conceived
Secondary infertility: those who have conceived in the past but are currently facing infertility.
Can be brought on by male, female, or both factors.
The most prevalent female causes: In decreasing order, ovulatory problems, endometriosis, pelvic adhesions, tubal obstruction, various uterine/tubal abnormalities, and hyperprolactinemia.
