Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering aligned curricula based on designed curriculum.
Adapting and updating to current teaching methods based on data, providing feedback to students, and engaging in continuous professional development.
Communicating curriculum changes and updates clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
Collaborate and coordinate with other educators (and stakeholders) in sharing and refining the course syllabus and learning objectives for continuous improvement.
Knowledge
Thorough understanding of program curriculum standards requirements for program development, delivery, and monitoring.
Identify standard requirement
Define the roles as educator
Understanding on instructional design principles, and strategies for addressing diverse learner needs aligns with the MQF 2.0, professional standards, and university’s institutional goals, Mission and Vision.
Understanding about educational theory and pedagogy in curriculum planning.
