The learners will do an experiment where they will put water into the freezer. I will then explain to them that when rain drops freeze the become hail.

The learners will experiment by freezing water (Naude & Meier, 2020:93)

The learners will use a weather chart.(Davin, 2020:231)

The learners will observe the weather and record their observations on the weather chart.

Games we play (BDE, 2011:17)

. The learners can be given the problem of designing a container that they can use to collect rainwater.

Conservation: Water is a resource that we should conserve. (BDE, 2011)

What we wear on sunny days (BDE, 2011:17).

The learners will do an activity where they have to match the correct clothes picture to the correct weather picture.

The learner will draw an activity we can do when it is windy.

The learners will think of things that will help us stay warm when it is cold (BED, 2011:17)

The learners will discuss what we could use to stay warm in the classroom on cold days. They can then draw their ideas.
