A career that would be a great fit with someone that has a openness trait is a councilor because they would be able to deal with others emotions.

I feel like I have a openness trait because I am open to many new things and love to listen to new ideas and open to try new things and learn about them as well.

If a hospital needs to hire a surgeon.Their pool of candidates is composed of doctors who are all high on Neuroticism and youre a consultant serving the hospital admin and need to make a decision. I would look for new candidates because it is a hospital setting. It would put patients at risk when having to make a decision and people who have this trait we wouldn't know how they would react.

This trait would be revealed in me if I have high neuroticism is feeling anxious, angry, and depressed. I feel like I have low of this trait because I don't feel like that most of the time but I would say I do feel like I have some of it.

If I were to hire a professor I would hire someone with high agreeableness but they have a trait that would make a good teacher. For example, they would be good at listening to other students ideas and opinions. On the other hand, someone who is low on agreeableness wouldn't want to hear other people opinions.

Ive seen people with a high and low extraversion trait. High extraversion are more outgoing with anyone, loud, and comes out more friendly. While low extraversion are more quite and seem uninterested when in a gathering,

I feel like I fall into having a high consciousness trait because I tend to be very self- displined. I carry myself as bring hardworking, organized, and considerate person.

I feel like I have a low extraversion trait because in big events with people I don't know I am not very friendly. I tend to be very shy and not talkative.

But when I am with people I am comfortable and know I tend to be more outgoing and loud.

I took the quiz to see what my personality is like and I found out I have a high Conscientiousness , agreeableness, and extroversion trait. Also, have low Neuroticism and openness. I found it very interesting that I have a low neuroticism because I didn't think I would. It shows that I need to work on how to manage my emotions more. Also, on the low openness trait because I would think since I like to travel and meet new places and people I would have a higher percentage. I guess it also connects to both having low neuroticism and openness because of my emotional intelligance and how I control my emotions affects how I act.

For example, talkative traits have to be seen in someone for over the years.

Having a certain personality traits is helpful in certain situations. Such as it is helpful having a certain traits that would help you in your professional and personal career.

For example, having a high trait in agreeableness would be great in a career that needs to be done in team work. You have to be able to work with others and be open to listen to other ideas.
