How Will I tell the story and how does it end?
In the beginning moss is an eight-year-old boy who falls in love with the game of basketball, after the 2012 nba finals he goes out and slowly physically falls in love with games and never looks back. Like many kids he’s on social media and he creates edits and short videos about basketball which leads him to going to games, time moves on and he’s 16, he starts interviewing these British basketball players and as his page gains traction, one of the players he would interview and report on gets scouted by ucla. Whilst creating a media business he also has his own dream. As he is 16 he cannot transfer to a university yet but he does enter a league which he used to promote himself and he becomes a sensation overnight, fast forward two years later after all the work he had put in, he was labelled as the best prospect since LeBron James. he now has the choice at 19 to either stay in the uk or leave for ucla to progress his basketball career, he chooses to leave which made his whole fan base turn on him as they thought he would stay, he also faces backlash when playing for ucla as he’s British and he’s dominating an American sport. As he gets drafted and has an incredible nba career he also sells his biggest asset , his Instagram page ‘HoopsUk’ which was a sign that he left the English basketball scene behind , after 11 years in the nba , becoming one of the greatest to ever do it , he goes back to England and is perceived a sort of anti-villain , people still hate him but they don’t hate him for long as he sweeps every competition for England and makes them glorious in a sport they never thought they’d make it in. he retires and gets knighted. He also helps England expand its sporting phenomenon.
