Developing Essays
- Know the material. - watch the lecture, make notes, 'look, cover test' revison technique. use moodle tests, use flascards
- Remember you are proving the examiner you have relevent knowledge - unpack point, limit waffling.

- Avoid simply labelling arguments - expand on the initial point

- Add implication sentences - add a sentence which summarises the significance of an argument - the impact the eg. counter had on an argument
- Define technical terms (philosophical terms)

- Provide exmaples to illustrate your point.

- If there are two points to a question, ensure your answer both - and sign post that you are doing so.
- Include enough arguments e.g 25 marker should be 4 arguments (for + against x2)
