Oslo II Accord (1995): Signed on September 28, 1995, this agreement expanded on the earlier accord, creating a more detailed map of the West Bank divided into areas A, B, and C, each with varying degrees of Palestinian autonomy. Area A would be under full PA control, Area B under Palestinian civil control but Israeli security control, and Area C under full Israeli control. This accord also included provisions for Palestinian elections and further withdrawals of Israeli troops.
