HM Prison Service
Courts
: Courts work with prison services to facilitate legal visits with offenders, and carry out custodial sentences.
Police
: Police coordinate interviews and video links between prison and courts.
Police
: Police arrest anyone who has breached their licence, and they help to manage child sex offenders in the area.
National Probation Service
: Deals with offenders who have been released from prison or will be released on licence.
Voluntary organisations
: eg victims support is a charity that liaises with the police, courts and CPS to support victims throughout the stages of an investigation and trail. Other voluntary organisations include Nacro, women in prion and Womens aid.
Campaigns
: to change the justice system e.g the Howard League for Penal Reform, the Prison Reform Trust and INQUEST have relationship with the courts, prisons, police, the Ministry of Justice and the Home Office
The CPS
Courts
: Courts prepare and present a prosecution case against suspects. They also help to prepare appeals to sentences that are deemed unsatisfactory.
Police
: The CPS advise police on lines of enquiry and evidence collection. They also advise police on what to charge suspects with.
The Police
:police charge offenders and also collect evidence that can be used by the CPS in the evidential test. the police provide testimonies in court to charge the offender.

Police
: The Home Office works with police forces to identify priorities for different forces. Tax money is used by the Home Office to fund the police.
Courts to government
: follow the laws and rules set by the government they also use statutory interpretation.
Courts/Prison and probation
: The Ministry of justice is responsible for running the cortex, prison/probation service. Tax money is used to fund these organisations.
The Police
CPS
: police charge offenders in line with CPS instructions. The police also gather evidence against offenders for the CPS.
Prison/probation service
: Police arrest anyone who has breached their licence, and they help to manage child sex offenders in the area. Inform prison of a suspects background

: Police give evidence as prosecution witness, protect vulnerable witnesses and transport offenders
Home Office
: The Home Office works with police forces to identify priorities for different forces. Tax money is used by the Home Office to fund the police.
Voluntary Organisations
: referring victims and witnesses of crime to Victim Support, women's refuges and the Witness Service.

: offenders who are released from prison on licence are supervised by Parole boards and probation officers.
