Dependence: Emphasizes self-directed learning, reducing dependence on the teacher and fostering independent learning skills.
Role of Teacher: The teacher acts as a facilitator or coach, supporting learners in setting their learning goals, exploring resources, and reflecting on their learning process.
Motivation: Emphasizes intrinsic motivation, as learners are encouraged to pursue topics of personal interest and relevance.
Focus for Learning: Focuses on the interests, needs, and goals of individual learners, allowing for personalized learning experiences.

Andragogy
