Erectile Disorder
1 of 3 symptoms on 75-100% of all occasions of sexual activity: marked difficulty obtaining an erection during sexual activity, marked difficulty maintaining an erection until completion of sexual activity, marked decrease in erectile rigidity. Symptoms must have been present for at least six months and cause significant distress.
Treatment: Behavioral techniques (It consists of a series of activities for a couple that are designed to promote intimacy and reduce performance anxiety by having partners focus on pleasurable sensations associated first with non-sexual touching, then with sexual touching, and finally with sexual intercourse.), Medication (Viagra, Levitra)
Premature Ejaculation
persistent or recurrent pattern of ejaculation during partnered sexual activity within approximately one minute of vaginal penetration and before the person desires it. Low level of serotonin (medication, paroxetine)
Treatment: Sensate focus (reduce performance anxiety), Start-Stop technique or pause-squeeze technique.

Gender Dysphoria
a strong desire to be the other gender, a strong preference for wearing clothes of the other gender, a strong preference for toys and activities typically used or engaged in by the other gender, a strong preference for playmates of the opposite gender; a strong desire for primary and/or secondary sex characteristics of one’s experienced gender.

paraphilic Disorder, intense, persistent sexual interests that deviate from what is typically considered normative. Duration for all: at least 6 months
Frotteuristic disorder, The individual experiences sexual excitement from touching, rubbing, or fondling non-consenting individuals, typically in crowded public places like subways, buses, or streets.
Transvestic Disorder, (wearing clothes traditionally worn by another gender) over at least six months. mostly men
Pedophilic Disorder, intense sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors involving sexual activity with prepubescent children, typically younger than 13 years of age. The individual must be at least 16 years old and at least five years older than the child(ren)
Fetishistic Disorder, Sext with none living object or not genital.
Exhibitionistic Disorder urge or behavior of exposing one's genitals to an unsuspecting, non-consenting person.
Femal orgasmic disorder, Delay or absence of organism in women. Treatment: CBT, Sensate focused.
