The concept of Third Space can be associated with social exclusion which refers to the disadvantaged population who partake in social, political, economic and social life, with education, family, user groups, neighborhood e.t.c classified under bonds of affinity as stated by Bhabha (1994),with visible examples being how in Africa there exists a mass population that is digitally excluded and suffering from information poverty as it can also be seen from the scenario occurring in India, with many people not being familiar with the digital world and the use of technology, and with signs of not being able to exercise financial freedom being present as they are situated in slums.
