Provide a conceptual framework to meet this need

This is an iterative model to follow and can be used again and again to guide conversation and in developing treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of the patient
Guides the provision of individualised management approaches to patients; includes awareness of their history and health goals
Strengthen the patient-provider relationship through collaborative decision making - establish realistic and achievable goals - success is measurable in overall health and not weight loss alone
Schedule follow- up appointments and monitor patient outcomes - do not avoid! Be aware that treatment fails not the patient, be open to alternatve options and refer where required to fully support your patients health goals
Need to address: weight-based communication & weight stigma
Other options will require policy change to see meaningful change, a intervention can pretest the above.
