Hindu, not all hindus are vegetarian/vegan, but a large amount are. Beef is forbidden, due to cows being regarded as a sacred animal.
Rastafarians, not all are vegetarian but some are, and follow an "ital" diet, which is food grown from the earth. They can eat fish but it has to be less than 30cm in length.
Buddhist, their religion preaches against killing, so most are vegetarian or vegan. They can eat fish sometimes.

kosher meat must be split-hooved and chew cud, like sheep or goats.

halal food is labelled as such, for example meat from the butchers will have a label.

Symptoms of Food Intolerances
Wind, cramps, diarrhoea - Lactose Intolerance
Children do not grow properly, and there is weight loss - Gluten Intolerance
Affects breathing, can cause anaphylactic shock - peanut allergy.
Eczema and rashes - egg allergy
nettle rash and anaphylactic shock - fish allergy
Eczema, asthma and diarrhoea - soya allergy
May cause hyperactivity in children - certain colours and preservatives.
Coeliac disease - Gluten intolerances
