Personality Traits

Introverted
One of my traits to work on is my shyness or introvertedness. And while I believe I am becoming more confident as High School progresses, it can sometimes make meeting new people daunting or hard compared to hanging out with the friends I already have.
Flexible
I believe flexible is one of my Personality Traits as more often than not I am happy to compromise certain ideas or plans for other better alternatives, or alternatives agreed on by majority. (In a group assignment for example)
Unorganised
Another one of my negative Personality Traits is my unorganized nature. I find myself sometimes doing home work at the last minute, or forgetting to hand it up by the due date even if its finished.
Integrity
I believe Integrity is another one of my Personality Traits as I am as fair, kind, responsible and caring as possible.

Career Clusters

The career path recommended to me by family and by personal interests is "The Artisan" as I want a job relatively interesting and physically engaging. These jobs also appeal to me due to things like Good Pay, interesting work where each day would be unique. The role that specifically appeals to me is something of a Tradesmen, in the welding field as it currently has lots of demand. According to certain sources Welding appears to allow travel, meeting new people, interesting worksites and a strong and growing future as the Demand is always high.
