Connect Firefly to your
marketingsweet,com.au
Google Calendar
IN PERSON
Open QuickTime Player
File > New Audio Recording > press red record button
End recording and save the recoreded file as Business Name | Meeting Date i.e. SolarLab 05/04/24
Open Fireflies and click on the + button in the top right hand corner
Click the option to Upload audio or video

ZOOM MEETING
Open your
marketingsweet.com.au
Google Calendar and select the client meeting
Highlight and copy the Zoom Link URL
Open Fireflies and click on the + button in the top right hand corner
Click Add to Live meeting and paste the Zoom Link URL in the meeting link section.
Click Start Capturing and Open the meeting in Zoom.us to begin your meeting

Once you have completed and ended the Zoom meeting, wait for an email from Fireflies. This marks that the the software has finished transcribing the meeting and created an actionable items list.
Once you have started the meeting in Zoom, Fireflies will appear as a meeting participant.
Click Admit for Fireflies to start recording and transcribing the meeting
Once you start the zoom meeting, read from the below linked script to introduce Fireflies:

Below the transcript, at the bottom of the page, click the download button, and click 'download transcript'
Next, click 'DOCX' to download the transcript as a Google document
Click 'Download'
In Google Drive search the clients name to find their Master Folder
Once you have found the client's Master folder, click on the folder labeled 'Fireflies Transcripts'
Click on the 3 dots that appear at the end of the download and click 'Rename'
Rename the document to (XYZClient XYZMeetingDate)
i.e. Ducker Physio (30/04/24)
Once you have opened the 'Fireflies Transcript' folder, drag and drop the downloaded transcript document into the folder
