They believe that climate change is based on how the people navigate climate change and how their views shape their view (Believed that is the Swiss court believe this they would have come at it from a diff. angle - instead they prioritize small gains instead of the overall change and benefit for all.
Money is a social construct and climate change is about how we perceived things and how it is handled - the women were challenging the norm when they called for action
Things being a social construct they don't think that philo. is the only thing to do but thing that we need to change our actions to make a difference - shift perspective

Is seen as an overreach of domestic affiars and its going past their jurd. and is only in the self interest of the state becuase of the amount of time that they took - is it really a big enough deal? They want the power and econ advantages but think that bringing in the second isnt.; they dont find them to be realistic Neorealists are more concerned about the international affairs bit still care about securty of the state
