Beck's Triad (Hypotension, JVD, Muffled heart sounds, Pulsus Paradoxus
Management
ABCs, careful fluids, pericardiocentesis
Catastrophic Hemorrhage
Treatment

Tranexamic Acid, Topical treatments, rapid sedation with midazolam, ketamine
Spinal Cord COmpression
Emergency
Prognosis depends on neurologic function, work up other sites of metastases
Signs
Weakness in dermatomes, urinary retention, bowel incontinence, loss of sphincter tone, hyperreflexia
Symptoms
Pain is band like, neuropathic features, worse at night/lying down, saddle anesthesia
