Teaching Activities
• Provide different colored Play-Doh and cookie cutters in the shapes of numerals 1-5.
• The teacher will sing rhymes and tell stories with numbers.
• Create a hopscotch board with squares numbered 1-5. Have children take turns hopping on the squares while calling out the numbers.
• Create two sets of cards one with numerals and other with the same amount of objects.
