- - - - Collaboration is a skill that I have also developed over the years however, it has been developed to a lesser extent than my communication skills. I believe that if I manage to improve my collaboration skill more I will be seeing more effective teamwork in any group tasks I find myself involved in. Despite my collaboration skills already being well developed I personally believe that it could be better. This will help me in my future with any group oriented jobs.
