- - - - the council were comprised of the founding nations in the league such as France Britain and Italy as-well as japan they held the right to veto anything that the assembly had unanimously agreed upon
    - - the assembly was all the countries that had joined the league and every year the met together and voted on what they think should happen
    - - the secretariat were a group of people who basically did all the paperwork and organised everything that the league was going to do throughout the year
    - - the special commissions were a group that went out and completed special task that the league required them to do like help end slavery
- - - - this is a problem because the USA came up with the idea of the league and then didn't join
      - also limits how effective economic sanctions are on countries
