DESIGN THINKING
EMPATHISE :fire:
Observing : is listening with your eyes. Practise how to listen with your eyes to find out what people value and care about.
INTERVIEWING : be more engaging to client , build reputation such as body language the way you talk and listen try ask more question, be open minded and do not rush things out
EMPATHY IMMERSION : change yr perspective, try to do everythin n your own and ask for opinion
DEFINE :pen:
WHY define?
The Define stage is critical to the design process because it results in the POV: the explicit expression of the problem you are striving to address. The POV defines the right challenge to address, based on your new understanding of the target user and the problem space.
HOW TO DEFINE??
-
-
-
Specific, not broad. Crafting a narrowly focused problem statement tends to yield solutions that are greater quantity and higher quality when you are generating ideas
-
This stage is about bringing clarity and focus to the design space, by defining the challenge you are taking on, based on what you have learnt about your target user and about the context.
IDEATE :!:
A key to ideation is giving yourself tight time limits. Deadlines help to motivate the creative process.
WHAT is ideate stage?
this stage, you focus on generating ideas. It’s not about coming up with the right idea, it’s about generating the widest range of possibilities. It represents a process of diverging in terms of concepts and outcomes.
