Design Thinking
Step 1
Empathise
What
Finding who is the target users and their need and wants by identifying what the user face daily or observing their behaviors and the way they do things and why and what they value on.
Why
It helps us to find more answers rather than assuming the things or problems our own by looking from our target user's point of view.
Step 2
Define
-
What
It brings in clearer and more focused from the information we have received from our user's and connecting the right information in a meaningful way to find their needs and wants.
Step 4: Prototype
what
-
Ideate helps to generate more ideas in our head and into the physical world.
It also helps us to interact with users with our ideas and receiving their opinion and solutions to it.
Step 5: Test
How
When presenting, we must pass the prototype so that our testers could view and to also give minimal instructions when they are using it to give them better understanding.
What
During testing it helps us to gather more feedback on the solution and to able for us to make them improve better. It also help us to understand more about our user than before and also asking more 'why' questions to the users.
Step 3:Ideate
This the part where we create as many solutions as possible where step in the early stage for designing with our ideas for the users. :
